Terms of service

1. What Storka is

Storka lets you create gift pages (“stories”) from memories: photos, notes and places, in templates inspired by popular apps. A story is shared by link; the recipient needs no account.

Template names (e.g. Lovflix, Lovpix, Memory Map) are Storka's own brands. The service is not affiliated with Netflix, Instagram or Google.

2. Account

Creating stories requires an account, opened with an e-mailed link or Google sign-in. You need an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and internet access.

You can delete your account at any time in the panel (Account → Delete account). This deletes your stories, photos and account data and ends any active subscription.

3. Plans and payments

Basic is a one-time payment for one story. Premium and Premium+ are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Add-on templates are bought once and can be used with no time limit. Current prices and limits are shown on the “Plan & billing” page. Prices are final; the provider is not a VAT-registered taxpayer.

Payments are processed by Stripe (card, BLIK, Przelewy24). You can cancel a subscription at any time in the panel; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

When a plan ends, published stories keep working at their links, but you can no longer edit them or create new ones.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because digital content is delivered right after payment, before paying we ask for your consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts.

A subscription can always be cancelled for future periods at no cost.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the content you add and confirm that you hold the rights to it and have the consent of people shown in photos. Unlawful content, content infringing personal rights or copyright, pornography and hate speech are prohibited.

We only take the licence needed to store your content and show it to the story's recipients. We may hide content that breaks these terms; you will see a notice in the panel and can appeal by e-mail.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to kontakt@storka.pl. We reply within 14 days.

7. Final provisions

We announce changes to these terms by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the law of their country.
